While you've probably been to a sports game, you might not realize how much goes on behind the scenes to make it happen. One of those things is sponsorships. Sponsorship gives brands the opportunity to grow while providing a great revenue source to a team. But managing that process is tricky. Traditionally done with Excel files that would scare even the most skilled analyst, things very easily can get lost. Trak was founded to solve that problem: help organizations, teams, and brands improve their sponsorship management to make it more effective. Here is what we did to help!

Upgraded website that increased leads by 50%
Trak started years ago, and their website hadn't had many changes since then. We were curious what a redesign could do, so we dove in. Built entirely in Webflow, I collaborated with our marketing team to stay focused on our customers needs. As always, clarity was the #1 goal. After releasing, we saw a 50% increase in leads, which helped our sales team close more deals! Awesome!
Designed a mobile app
Trak users are constantly walking around stadiums to make sure signage looks incredible. After a walk they would upload pictures to Trak to show their sponsors. However, Trak's CEO Cameron realized that process took a long time. So we created a mobile app. After weeks of iteration, we started testing with users and made more tweaks along the way. While still in development, we are hoping this app helps save Trak users even more time.
